To Our Chesapeake Bay Winter Storage Clients
It is time to reserve your space for the winter. Some of our buildings have very limited space available so these premium spaces must be reserved well in advance.
Storage Rates
- Large building – $6.00 per total square foot for the season (approximately 6 months)
- Building with doors and insulation – $9.00 per total square foot*
- Heated building – $9.00 per square foot (call – limited capacity)
- Outdoor storage – $6.00 per linear foot per month (full 6 month season)
- Outdoor storage – $7.00 per linear foot per month for less than full season
Travel Lift Rates
- $14 per foot for boats up to 32’ LOA
- $16 per foot for boats up to 49’ LOA
- $18 for boats requiring extra straps
Upon receiving your request we will send you a storage contract for you to sign and return with your deposit on space. You may also download a
Winter Work Request and
Customer Profile for new clients or those whose contact or billing information has changed.
