It is time to reserve your space for the winter. Some of our buildings have very limited space available so these premium spaces must be reserved well in advance.

During the fall and winter months when you are less likely to be out boating, it’s important not to neglect your boat by leaving it unattended and exposed to the winter weather.

Oxford Yacht Storage Rates

  • Large building – $6.00 per total square foot for the season (approximately 6 months)
  • Building with doors and insulation – $9.00 per total square foot*
  • Heated building – $9.00 per square foot (call – limited capacity)
  • Outdoor storage – $6.00 per linear foot per month (full 6 month season)
  • Outdoor storage – $7.00 per linear foot per month for less than full season
*these buildings may have heat added mid-season for no additional cost for this storage season * Main and heated building reserved for boats with larger refits ** electric charges will be billed as used

Travel Lift Rates

  • $14 per foot for boats up to 32’ LOA
  • $16 per foot for boats up to 49’ LOA
  • $18 for boats requiring extra straps
Upon receiving your request we will send you a storage contract for you to sign and return with your deposit on space. You may also download a Winter Work Request and Customer Profile for new clients or those whose contact or billing information has changed.
